Denis Afonin proved to be the best goal-scorer in 2024 among Russian handball players.
 
244 goals in 41 matches in all tournaments are on the account of the centre back from HC Permskie Medvedi. Saveliy Shalabanov from HC SKIF took the second place with 220 goals in 34 matches. The pivot of HC Chekhovskie Medvedi Aleksandr Ermakov closed the top-3 with 207 goals in 36 matches of the calendar year.
