Sergey Shishkarev can be nominated for the post of the Head of the IHF

A regular meeting of the Supreme Council of the Handball Federation of Russia was held today in Astrakhan.
 
The head of the HFR Sergey Shishkarev was offered to nominate his candidacy for the post of the President of the International Handball Federation. The upcoming elections of the new head of the IHF will be held at the organization’s congress in Cairo this December. The application deadline for the candidates expires on September, 21.
