The Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Handball Federation of Russia Sergey Shishkarev positively evaluated the performance of the Russian clubs in the international tournament SEHA-Gazprom League. The Head of the HFR also thanked the public joint stock company Gazprom and the founder of handball club Meshkov Brest Aleksandr Meshkovfor supporting the tournament.
Sergey Shishkarev was asked about SEHA-Gazprom League after the Federation’s reporting and election conference:
— How do you rate the participation of the Russian clubs in SEHA-Gazprom League?
— Extremely positively. I talked about it at the conference. I express my deep gratitude to Gazprom and Aleksandr Meshkov for supporting the tournament. Concerning the play of our teams, the Russian clubs Zenit and CSKA head both groups, — Shishkarev answered.
The clubs from Russia, Belarus and China participate in SEHA-League in this season. HC Meshkov Brest is the current winner of the tournament.
